Our Team

Property Manager, Alison Kanter was born and raised in Sarasota. She attended St. Stephens High School, Furman University and obtained an MBA from Clemson University. After grad school Alison returned to Sarasota to be near family and friends. She is the proud Mama of two rescue pups, Winston & Willow, and an English Bulldog, General.

General Manager, Danielle Gladding has been in Sarasota since her family moved here from West Virginia in 1976. She is a graduate of State College of Florida and is furthering her education at USF towards a degree in Business. She has been involved in Sarasota Real Estate her entire career. A seasoned Real Estate Broker since the late 80's, she continues to sell, manage and renovate properties in the Sarasota and Manatee area. El Tropicale was purchased in January 2020 and completely renovated and converted to a vacation rental property by summer 2021. Danielle is married to Nick Gladding and they have a blended family of six children, one grandchild (and many furry relatives).
